Michael O’Hare, chef-patron of The Man Behind The Curtain in Leeds and proud owner of one Michelin Star, has conspired with the team at Treeline Chalets to host two very unique events in Morzine during January 2019.
Michael and his friends will take over the beautifully designed Chalet Doyen for two individual three-night breaks, commencing on 6th January with ‘Frontside’, including chefs Gareth Ward (Ynyshir), Peter Sanchez (Casamia) and Michael himself, each taking turns to prepare dinner, plus Gary Usher (Elite Bistros of the World) on breakfast duty.
The second trip; ‘Backside’ features guest chefs Michael Wignall (The Angel at Hetton), Tom Brown (Cornerstone) and Michael once again, with breakfasts by Gary Usher.
